The professional part
I know what it's like to be the one holding it together.
I spent years in corporate leadership, coaching teams and guiding people through change. I was good at it — strategic, steady, the person you called when things got messy.
What I didn't realize was how much of myself I'd set aside to be that person. [Personal story details pending Heather's approval]
I'm currently completing additional professional training in coaching, deepening my work in somatic and transformational practices.
My personal evolution
I didn't need fixing either. I needed to come home.
Reconnecting with myself wasn't a breakthrough moment. It was lots of small ones — noticing what I felt, trusting it a little more, choosing differently.
